Starting with the Protectors of the Twine, then the Kings of the Blue Line and ending with the Chiefs of Celly. As always I remind people that these lists are constantly changing, it is rated by the ranking of the prospect, not necessarily the best player at this moment, and there are many weighting factors to the formula.
Each list will be released a few days apart.
There will be some surprises in the Goalies, starting with the top of the list is the youngest player on the list.
Vote on the poll on which goalie think is the best prospect in Tier 2 Juniors at the moment:
DITR Hockey takes on something it has NEVER taken on, USA Hockey Tier 3, and it starts with the goalies, we will have forward and defense later on in the week.
This covers the RMJHL, EHL, EHLP, USPHL Premier, USPHL Elite and of course the NA3HL. This is the first time we have tackled the ratings for this level but not the last this season. Subscribe below to get access to all these rankings as well as USHL, NAHL, NCDC, HS, Prep and AAA Club rankings.
DITR Hockey is the prime place for analytical rankings of U14 to U20 aged players. We identify players to help coaches, scouts, and hockey personnel to identify DITRy players (Diamonds in the Rough).
DITR Hockey lets the stats tell the story and the rest is up to the scouts and coaches (we call them DITRy Players).
Since this is just a “slice” of the player’s stats for the year, they are subject to statistical anomalies because of the small sample and accuracy of reporting of the statistics.
But all statistics tell a story and the analysis is an attempt to reconfirm the players we know are premier and allow the scouts and coaches to find the “Diamonds In The Rough” (DITR) that might make their recruiting year complete.
We help find players that might be slightly off-radar, #DITRHockey tries to help these #DITRyPlayers get on the radar.
Some of the most talented hockey players in North America transcend on Foxboro, Raynham, Canton, Bridgewater & Walpole for the prestigious Senior Chowder Cup this weekend. In both the Junior A and the College open divisions there are many players and teams to watch. The great thing about this tourney are the rosters, were they play for school & club teams and the stats are maintained online, making it much easier for coaches and scouts to find and access the players they want to see and find a few DiamondInTheRough players. Please use our past reporting that is on the site and some new reporting this weekend to properly access that the player is not just hype, but has the goods behind it. Pretty skaters are sure to impress but back-up your scouting with analysis that makes you sure of your blue-chips and find the DITR players that make the difference from a good recruiting trip to a GREAT recruiting year!!
